This ability has lead to the development of a darker side personality, which acts as a foil to his usually honest and upbeat personality. Aoba possesses SCRAP, a unique ability that allows him to control the consciousness of other people with the sound of his voice. He lives in the Old Residence with his grandmother Tae, where he works part-time at the Junk Shop Heibon.
